Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange (minus the return shipping fees) up to 10 days after receipt of product. Item must be in the original condition and in its original packaging. Before returning an item, please contact me for specific instructions. Items returned without these instructions will not available for store credit or exchange. After receiving authorization from me, all packages must be postmarked within 3 days. Again, return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility and can not be refunded.
Defects in workmanship are determined in person so please contact me to make arrangements for return of these pieces. Upon inspection I will repair or replace and piece that I deem as defective within 2 weeks of receipt.
Should you need a piece replaced due to incorrect use or accidental damage I will do my best to offer a fair rate of replacement. It is my goal for my pieces to live a long life with their owner and it’s in our best interest for you to be able to continue to wear your special piece for many years to come.
